From shortage to strength: Is the talent gap all that it appears to be?
Saturday, April 29th 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Join Paul as he examines the concept of the “talent gap” and challenges the idea that there is a shortage of skilled workers in the labor market. Rather than a shortage of skilled workers, there is a mismatch between the skills that employers are looking for and the skills that job seekers possess. By investing in employee training and development, companies can bridge this perceived talent gap and develop a strong, highly skilled workforce.
Hosted by: Paul Teodorescu
Vice President of IT, Morgan & Morgan
